What is a Pre-authorization hold?

Preauthorization is a common industry practice and is not an actual deduction from your account. This temporary hold is placed on your payment method to secure that funds are available for the transaction.

Why does Luminess place this hold?

Luminess may preauthorize try before you buy special offers for validation & fraud protection.

When will the hold be released or converted into a charge?

The preauthorization will be released at the expiration of your trial period and applied to your initial future dated installment or released if you cancel your trial before the trial expires.
